Summary
We're looking for someone with 1-5 years of experience as a Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in lesson planning, classroom management, and student assessment. Abraham's Classical Christian Academy is a community of learners dedicated to
providing classical Christian education in Santa Cruz County. Our mission
focuses on discipleship and classical roots, aiming to cultivate a deep
understanding and love for the Triune God, His Word, and His world. At St.
Abraham's, we prioritize our students and their growth, offering a unique
educational experience that sets us apart. We regularly host events that enrich
our community and showcase our commitment to holistic learning.
Offering TK-12th grade, St. Abraham's Classical
Christian Academy in Aptos, CA held its first classes in a founding
family's basement and now, 15 years later, operates out of a beautiful campus
just 10 minutes from the ocean. We are also 15 minutes from the redwoods of the
Santa Cruz Mountains and 4 hours from the snow and rivers of the Sierras making
our area an outdoor paradise. Our enrollment this year was just under 110 and
we are confident of growth into the next year. For the 2025-2026 we are looking
to hire upper school teachers (humanities and math) as well as office
staff and possibly a music teacher and lower school teachers.
Due to the high cost of living and liberal
politics of our area, this is definitely a place for mission-minded
believers looking to spread the Gospel and build the kingdom through educating
