    Bazario is on a quest to modernize and simplify restaurant operations for owners and operators of all sizes. We're building an AI-driven platform that will replace old, cumbersome tools with one easy-to-use app that streamlines staff scheduling, team communication, menu management, and guest records, all in one place.
    
    Where We Are
    
    Traction: MVP is being developed on Replit, informed by thorough wireframes and initial user interviews with restaurant owners. Our product roadmap is informed by actual feedback from our target segment.
    
    The Opportunity
    
    We're looking for an outstanding Technical Co-Founder & CTO to join Bazario at the ground level. You'll have real ownership and freedom to architect, build, and scale our next-generation platform, while influencing the technical culture from day one.
    
    What You'll Do
    
    Scale our market-proven platform to thousands of restaurant operators across the country.
  - Develop state-of-the-art AI systems that resolve scheduling conflicts and prioritize restaurant profitability.
  - Develop strong infrastructure that can manage enterprise-level restaurant operations.
  - Lead the technical roadmap from existing traction to institutional funding rounds.
  - Define the future of restaurant technology and operational intelligence.
  What We're Looking For
  
  2+ years of experience constructing scalable platforms in startup or high-growth settings.
- Strong background in at least one of: AI/ML, cloud computing, or distributed systems.
- Demonstrated capability to bring products from concept to market.
- Entrepreneurial orientation and appetite for owning both strategy and execution.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
- Bonus: Prior startup experience or significant technical leadership.
