        Job Summary

        We’re looking for a high-performing, people-driven Training Department Manager to lead our Victoria, TX location. In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of the gym—driving training sales, building relationships, and creating an environment where both members and staff thrive.

        You’ll be responsible for:

        Hitting personal training sales goals and growing our coaching client base
      • Connecting with every prospect to understand their goals and motivations
      • Leading a strong, motivated team
      • Managing daily operations with energy, consistency, and care
      • Creating a community-driven culture where members feel seen and supported


      This role requires serious self-motivation, strong leadership, excellent communication, and a genuine desire to help people live healthier lives.

      Responsibilities

      As Training Department Manager, you'll wear many hats—but all of them center around creating an environment where people feel supported, inspired, and empowered.

       Membership & Training Sales – Qualify leads, build trust, and convert prospects into loyal members and training clients
    • Brand Promotion – Represent the club in the community through B2B partnerships, outreach, and local marketing campaigns
    • Team Leadership – Motivate and develop your team, creating a positive, high-performance culture
    • Operational Excellence – Oversee day-to-day club operations and step in where needed to ensure the gym runs smoothly
    • Culture Creation – Deliver exceptional service and foster a welcoming environment that encourages member engagement and word-of-mouth growth


    Qualifications

    The ability to connect with people, lead with confidence, and close the sale.

    We’re looking for someone who:

    Is 18+ years old
  • Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is confident in sales conversations and driven to meet (and exceed) goals
  • Builds trust quickly and can guide someone from curious to committed
  • Is tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM, scheduling, and communication tools
  • Is self-motivated, organized, and dependable
  • Can work flexible hours, including some mornings, evenings, and weekends
