Beam Reach is a high-performance real estate investment firm seeking a Vice President of Investor Relations to lead investor communications, reporting, operations, and engagement. This individual will be responsible for delivering a white-glove experience to our capital partners—ensuring timely, transparent, and professional support from commitment through lifecycle.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, process-driven professional who thrives on creating best-in-class investor experiences, enjoys working cross-functionally, and understands the needs of sophisticated HNWIs and family offices.

• Provide best-in-class investor support as a primary point of contact for existing and prospective investors
• Oversee investor operations including CRM management and compliance
• Create, manage, and distribute quarterly investor reports, capital account statements, and investment updates
• Plan and execute best-in-class investor meetings and events, including annual summits and targeted roundtables
• Support business development by facilitating referrals, warm handoffs, and investor insights

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail
• Demonstrated experience in planning investor events and producing institutional-quality materials
