- - Zade Media is a fast-growing content agency that helps entrepreneurs and local businesses turn video into their most powerful marketing tool.
    
    We’re looking for a videographer/editor based in the RGV to join our creative team. This is your chance to work on fun, impactful projects while growing with a brand that values storytelling, strategy, and great vibes.
    
    Who YOU Are
    You’re a creative who knows how to film with intention (not just hit record)
    You’re constantly thinking in shots, transitions, soundbites, and storylines.
    You get that the best videos aren’t just pretty — they’re strategic.
    You have strong editing skills and great taste
    You understand how video performs on IG/TikTok/YouTube
    Are based in McAllen or surrounding RGV area
    You’re reliable, fun to be around, and have no problem working with a team or on your own.
    
    What You’ll Do
    Plan and shoot content for clients (mostly Reels, YouTube Shorts, IG videos, promos, etc.)
    Edit short-form content (15–90 seconds) with strong pacing, audio, and storytelling
    Collaborate with our Creative Director to bring each client’s brand to life
    Brainstorm fresh ideas for video content and social ad campagins
    Client directing at every shoot (support clients with what & how to stand, move)
    Capture behind-the-scenes footage and occasional lifestyle shots
    Troubleshoot lighting, sound, and gear setup when needed
    Travel locally for client shoots (McAllen → Brownsville area)
    
    Requirements
    Portfolio or reel showing your best work
  - Comfortable with camera gear (we’ll consider if you don’t own it)
  - Familiar with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci
  - Available for local shoots (1–3x per week)
  Nice to Have
  Your own gear (camera, gimbal, mic, lights....we can also provide the gear if you don't own any)
- Drone experience (but not necessary)
- Light text animation or motion graphics
