Job Summary

We're looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations and ensure efficient storage, handling, and distribution of inventory. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a hands-on approach to managing teams, inventory systems, and logistics. This role is essential in maintaining high levels of accuracy, productivity, and safety in the warehouse.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Oversee daily operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of warehouse activities.
  
  

• • • • • • Inventory Management
            
            Track and manage inventory levels using warehouse management systems (WMS).
          • Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure data accuracy.
          • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
            
            
          Team Leadership
          
          Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff.
        • Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
        • Promote a positive team environment and enforce safety standards.
          
          
        Logistics and Coordination
        
        Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.
      • Optimize space utilization and warehouse layout for efficient material handling.
        
        
      Compliance and Safety
      
      Ensure adherence to OSHA and other relevant safety regulations.
    • Conduct regular safety audits and lead safety training sessions.
    • Maintain documentation for compliance with internal and external requirements.
      
      
    Qualifications
    
    Required:
    
    3+ years in Warehouse Manager or similar role
  • Warehouse management systems experience
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment
  • Forklift operation experience
    
    
  Preferred
  
  Experience with WMS platforms
• Forklift certification
