Role Overview
We are seeking a Webflow Developer to support our
marketing and product teams by translating designs into robust, performant, and
scalable website pages. If you’re fluent in Webflow and skilled in using HTML,
CSS, and JavaScript to deliver seamless digital experiences, we want to work
with you.
You will collaborate with designers and stakeholders to
implement, optimize, and maintain Webflow-based sites and modules, ensuring
high-quality execution with minimal revision needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop
and maintain responsive websites in Webflow based on provided Figma
designs.
- Translate
visually compelling designs into clean, semantic, and maintainable code
within Webflow.
- Extend
functionality using custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as needed.
- Build
CMS-driven pages, custom interactions, animations, and scroll-based
effects.
- Ensure
optimal performance, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile
responsiveness.
- Implement
and maintain SEO best practices across all published content.
- Conduct
QA testing and troubleshoot bugs or functional issues.
- Work
collaboratively with designers to refine layouts and user experiences.
- Deliver
pages and components with minimal need for feedback/rework by anticipating
UX needs.
Required Skills
- Extensive
experience with Webflow, including CMS, animations, and complex layout
capabilities.
- Strong
proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (especially in customizing
Webflow projects).
- Ability
to collaborate with designers and implement static designs into
functional builds.
- Deep
understanding of SEO, accessibility, and page speed optimization.
- Familiarity
with QA processes, browser testing, and bug resolution.
- High
level of attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Experience
working in startup or fast-paced environments.
- Strong
English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Able
to work at least 5 hours overlapping with Pacific/Mountain Time
Zone.
Bonus Skills
- Familiarity
with Figma or experience contributing to visual design
conversations.
- Experience
working with SaaS, HR tech, or recruitment platforms.
- UX
writing or microcopy polish.
- Graphic or motion design experience.
