Your Role

• Connect with families via phone and zoom to provide life and mortgage protection solutions
• Advise clients on coverage options to fit their needs and budget
• Build long-term relationships and follow up with clients
• Manage your own schedule and grow your book of business

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and disciplined work ethic
• Ability to work fully remote and use technology (Zoom, CRM, digital applications)
• Life & Health insurance license (or willing to obtain - we’ll help)
• Must be a US citizen or a permanent resident

Compensation

Commission-based with unlimited earning potential. First year full-time agents average 70K-$120K+; top performers exceed $200K.
