About The Role In this role, you will be a vital support to the platform leadership team, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication within the team. You will leverage your experience working with Executives in product/engineering to understand their priorities and manage their time effectively, while utilizing your strong organizational skills to manage tasks within large teams. A positive attitude and adaptability will be essential as you navigate shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will also be part of a centralized EA/EBP team and will work crossfunctionally with other EAs, providing support and coverage for the team. What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties): Supporting two VPs of EngineeringHeavy scheduling, working with large engineering teams of engineers Prioritizing hiring for Exec for a growing teamKnowing Infra’s priorities and making judgements calls on Exec’s behalf.
