(LifeSiteNews) — LifeSiteNews board member Jim Hughes is being laid to rest today in Toronto, and readers can watch his Funeral Mass here from 10:30 AM ET:
The funeral is taking place in Toronto’s iconic St. Paul’s Church, the oldest Catholic church in the city.
For over 40 years, Jim served as a leader in the pro-life movement, both in Canada and internationally. He was the president of Campaign Life Coalition for three decades, a former vice-president of International Right to Life, and the founder of Canada’s pro-life Interim newspaper. He was also instrumental in the founding of both LifeSiteNews and REAL Women of Canada.
Jim was also a devout Catholic and a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
