We're looking for someone with 3-7 years of experience as a Accountant with strong proficiency in accounting principles and financial software. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate financial records, process transactions, and perform bank reconciliations with precision. This position requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounting tasks simultaneously while utilizing Xero/Quickbooks and Excel effectively.

• Perform general ledger entry and reconciliation.

• Conduct cash flow analysis to monitor the organization's liquidity and financial health.

• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts to guide financial planning.

• Utilize Xero accounting software for bookkeeping and financial reporting.

• Apply cash accounting principles to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Maintain accurate records through double entry bookkeeping practices.

• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information for reporting purposes.

• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.

• Work closely with owner and operational teams to provide financial insights, monitor project budgets, and support business initiatives.
