                                                          About Your New Role

                                                          We are looking for a bold, creative, and action-oriented Marketing Brand Manager who is obsessed with building a cool, recognizable, and industry-leading brand. This role goes beyond traditional brand management — you’ll be the driving force behind how the world sees and feels our brand across every digital and real-world touchpoint.

                                                          You’ll lead and execute high-impact brand projects, manage AI-generated media campaigns, supercharge our social media presence, and represent our company at major industry events and trade shows.                                                           Key Responsibilities

                                                          Brand Ownership & Strategy
                                                        Serve as the steward of the company brand — visuals, voice, vibe, and values.

                                                    Own and evolve the brand style guide and ensure consistency across internal and external channels.

                                                Develop and lead campaigns that make the company feel modern, creative, and “cool” across industries.
                                              • Creative Content & AI Media Projects

                                            Manage production of AI-generated brand videos, explainer animations, and creative multimedia.

                                        Work closely with Sr. Marketing Manager to push boundaries on visual storytelling
                                      • Social Media Leadership

                                    Help execute visual elements of the social media strategy. (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, and emerging platforms).

                                Monitor and grow audience engagement, brand perception, and influencer collaborations.
                              • Events & Trade Shows

                            Represent the brand at key industry events, conferences, and tradeshows.

                        Plan and coordinate brand activations, booth experiences, and on-site marketing.

                    Capture event content and real-time social media coverage.
                  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

                Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and People Ops to ensure brand is integrated across all initiatives.

            Support internal branding and employee ambassador programs.
        Qualifications

        4+ years of brand marketing, content, or creative strategy experience.
      • A strong portfolio of creative brand campaigns and social media work.
      • Deep understanding of modern brand building, especially within tech-forward or digital-first companies.
      • Highly creative with a strong aesthetic sense — you understand what “cool” looks and feels like.
      • Strong project management and communication skills.
      • Willingness to travel frequently (40% to 60%) to attend and manage event presence.

      Bonus Points

      Experience in B2C or tech startups.
    • On-camera or media-hosting skills.
    • Familiarity with GenAI tools (Runway, Synthesia, Adobe Firefly, etc.)
    • Experience producing or managing video content, especially AI or automated video tools.
    • Active personal social media presence or past creator/influencer experience.

Commandlink hires individuals in a number of geographic regions and the pay ranges listed reflect the cost of labor across these regions. The base pay for this position as displayed at the bottom of the job description is a range based on our lowest geographic region, up to our highest geographic region. Pay is based on location among other factors, such as skill-set, experience, and qualifications held.

The Pay Range For This Role Is

75,000 - 100,000 USD per year(Remote (United States))
