- - Milton & King is a lifestyle brand that manufactures on-demand, on-trend, highly curated, and globally designed wallpapers. Founded and based in Australia since 2008, with operations in the UK, EUR, and the US, our business is in an exciting expansion phase.
    
    We are currently looking for an Experienced Print Operator for our Dallas Design District production facility. Experience is mandatory.
    
    This position will be primarily responsible for the production process of large-format digital printing including but not limited to:
    
    Performing routine maintenance to schedule and in accordance with company procedures.
  - Setting up and formatting digital files for print production.
  - Operating our large-format digital printers and trimmers (HP Latex 3600, EFI Vutek Q3r, Fotoba Trimmer)
  - Assembling, collating, and finishing jobs to product specifications.
  - Product dispatch and production administration.
  - Warehouse management of production supplies.
  - Phone and online customer service as required.
  - Ensuring all print jobs are completed on-time and without error.
  - Maximizing run-time efficiency.
  - Maintaining color and quality control.
  - Actively and positively contributing to the Australian-based culture of Milton & King.
  - Enhancing the overall reputation and goodwill of Milton & King both inside and outside business hours.
  - Preparing rough drafts and presenting ideas.
  - Developing illustrations, logos, and other designs using InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
  - Using the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
  - Working with co-designer, creative director, CEO, and global team to produce final design.
  - Testing graphics across various media.

- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Can work standing for up to 10 hours per day.
- Can bend, lift, and carry heavy items up to 50lbs.
- Warehouse work experience.
