A prestigious national law firm, recognized for its work in nonprofit, regulatory, campaign finance, election law, and litigation, is seeking a Junior Associate Attorney to join its team in Virginia. This firm is known for its top-tier political law practice and advises a diverse group of clients, including corporations, trade associations, advocacy groups, nonprofits, political committees, and candidates.

Salary is based on experience and will include benefits.

• At least two years of experience in political law, nonprofit, or corporate compliance within a law firm environment. Recent graduates with relevant experience will also be considered.
• Advise clients on federal, state, and local campaign finance regulations.
• Provide guidance on lobbying compliance, including grassroots lobbying at various levels.
• Counsel nonprofit organizations on compliance with IRS regulations and governance issues.

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Virginia.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a team environment.
