      Position Overview:

      We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to support our growing team in attracting and hiring top talent. As a Junior Recruiter, you will assist in the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews, and ensure a positive experience for all applicants.       What You’ll Do:

      Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
    • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
    • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
    • Post job openings and help optimize job descriptions.
    • Support employer branding initiatives across platforms.
    • Collaborate with the HR and recruitment team to improve hiring processes.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or in progress).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR best practices.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced team environment.
  • A positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude.

Location: 100% Remote
