Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on podcast production experience
Proficiency in audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Audacity, or similar)
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Commitment to conservative principles and mission alignment
Salary: $75-95k with competitive bonuses
