Project Support Coordinator

Description


Role Summary:

The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting project execution by managing workflows, timelines, and documentation. This role ensures effective coordination among teams, timely completion of deliverables, and proactive issue resolution to keep projects on track.



Key Responsibilities:

  1. Workflow & Timeline Management


  • Monitor and update project workflows, timelines, and task assignments.
  • Ensure alignment with project schedules and milestones.


  1. Team Coordination


  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to maintain progress.


  1. Documentation & Reporting


  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, action logs, and status updates.
  • Prepare and distribute reports for project leads and stakeholders.


  1. Issue Identification & Escalation


  • Identify bottlenecks and escalate issues to project leads for resolution.
  • Track risks and assist in mitigation planning.


  1. Meeting Support


  • Prepare agendas, track action items, and follow up on commitments.
  • Document meeting outcomes and ensure accountability.




Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
