Responsibilities
We are seeking a data-focused, detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Data Analyst to support our ambulatory (professional) billing operations. This role will be instrumental in tracking and analyzing revenue cycle performance metrics to drive operational excellence. The analyst will design and maintain custom dashboards and reports, turning complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the professional billing teams.
Analyze and monitor key ambulatory revenue cycle metrics, including accounts receivable (AR) balances, denial rates (initial and final), cash collections, and billing submission timelines.
Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Health Administration, Data Analytics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience working in ambulatory (professional) billing environments.
