    Requirements:
    You have proven experience with rough cut editing and sequencing for YouTube content
  • You're skilled in color grading and have a keen eye for visual storytelling
  • You have strong graphic design and illustration capabilities for thumbnail creation
  • You understand audience retention strategies and can edit to maximize viewer engagement
  • You're experienced with CTR optimization and creating click-worthy thumbnails
  • You can handle the full thumbnail production timeline from ideation to final creation
  • You're familiar with food, travel, and lifestyle content verticals
  • You can work with peaceful, aesthetic, and energetic creative styles
  • You're detail-oriented and can work independently on contract-based projects
  • Experience with creators like "It's Alive with Brad" or similar content styles is a plus
  
  
  Responsibilities:
  Create rough cuts and handle all initial editing and sequencing of content
• Produce final cuts for food, beverage, and travel content with attention to pacing and flow
• Develop and execute thumbnail concepts from ideation through final creation
• Implement color grading that matches the creator's aesthetic and brand style
• Optimize edits for audience retention and viewer engagement
• Design thumbnails that maximize click-through rates and stand out in feeds
• Collaborate closely with the creative team on content strategy and visual direction
• Handle splice and dice editing to create compelling, fast-paced sequences
• Maintain consistency across the content catalog while adapting to different content types
• Be open to scaling into full-time work as the channel continues to grow
