ActsSocial Sweepstakes

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of all countries worldwide who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law, including in the province of Quebec, Canada. Residents of countries subject to U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions are not eligible to enter or receive prizes. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and their immediate family members and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate. By entering, participants represent and warrant that they meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins on July 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period are void and will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

METHOD 1 (Platform Entry): Visit actssocial.com or download the ActsSocial app at no cost. Create a free account (no purchase required) and post a message on the ActsSocial platform sharing how your faith has lived out Acts 2:42–47. Each qualifying post made during the Entry Period constitutes one (1) entry. There is no limit on the number of qualifying platform posts per person during the Entry Period, provided each post is original, genuine, and submitted during the Entry Period.

METHOD 2 (Alternative Method of Entry, “AMOE”): To enter without creating an account or downloading the app, send an email to [email protected]during the Entry Period with the subject line: ActsSocial Sweepstakes Entry. Include your full legal name and a valid email address in the body of the email. Limit one (1) AMOE submission per person for the entire Entry Period. Multiple AMOE submissions from the same person or email address will be disqualified.

Entries generated by automated means, scripts, macros, bots, or any other mechanical or electronic methods are void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, duplicate, or contain inappropriate, offensive, or infringing content. By submitting a platform entry, participants grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and share the entry content for promotional purposes.

5. Prizes

Three (3) prizes will be awarded as follows:

First Prize (1 winner): A PayPal payment with an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $500.00 USD, sent to the winner's verified PayPal account. Winner must have or create a free PayPal account to receive the prize. PayPal availability is subject to PayPal's terms of service and geographic availability in the winner's country. In the event PayPal is unavailable in the winner's country, Sponsor will arrange an alternative electronic payment of equivalent value.

Second Prize (1 winner): An ActsSocial merchandise store digital gift card with an ARV of $100.00 USD, delivered electronically via Shopify to the winner's verified email address.

Third Prize (1 winner): An ActsSocial merchandise store digital gift card with an ARV of $50.00 USD, delivered electronically via Shopify to the winner's verified email address.

Total ARV of all prizes: $650.00 USD. All prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, local, provincial, and international taxes on prizes received. Prizes not claimed within thirty (30) days of winner notification will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's discretion.

6. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

Following the close of the Entry Period, three (3) potential winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received. Platform entries and AMOE entries are pooled together for the drawing. The random drawing will be conducted by or on behalf of Sponsor on or about October 7, 2026.

Potential winners will be notified by email using the email address provided at the time of entry. Potential winners must respond to the winner notification email within thirty (30) days of the date the notification is sent. Failure to respond within thirty (30) days will result in forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, undelivered, or misdirected email notifications.

Prizes are awarded in order: the entry drawn first receives First Prize, the second drawn receives Second Prize, and the third drawn receives Third Prize.

8. Winner Verification

Potential winners may be required to provide their full legal name, mailing address, country of residence, and proof of age and eligibility before receiving their prize. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any potential winner who cannot be verified, who provides false or inaccurate information, or who is found to be ineligible.

Sponsor reserves the right to request a completed and signed affidavit of eligibility and publicity release as a condition of receiving any prize. Refusal to complete any required documentation will result in forfeiture of the prize.

9. Taxes

All tax liability arising from the receipt and use of any prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to complete applicable tax documentation, including IRS Form W-9 or W-8BEN for international recipients, before prize delivery. Sponsor will comply with applicable tax reporting requirements.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by applicable law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, general location, and entry content for promotional and advertising purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation or prior notice.

Winners who prefer not to have their name or content used for promotional purposes may contact Sponsor at [email protected] within fourteen (14) days of winner notification to request removal.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, force majeure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor may award prizes from among all eligible entries received up to the point of cancellation or suspension.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, violates these Official Rules, or submits entries on behalf of others. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law and Sponsor reserves the right to pursue all remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and assigns (collectively “Released Parties”) are not responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate entry information; (b) technical failures of any kind including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (d) technical or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or processing of entries; (e) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged, or stolen entries; or (f) any injury or damage to persons or property arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising in connection with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded.

13. Disputes

Except where prohibited, participants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action or class arbitration.

This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings arising out of this Sweepstakes shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Collin County, Texas.

14. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used for Sweepstakes administration purposes and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy available at actssocial.com. By entering, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information as described in these Official Rules and the Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Sponsor will not sell personal information collected through this Sweepstakes to third parties.
