1. About ActsSeeds
ActsSeeds is the recognition program on ActsSocial, operated by Trinity Proximity, Inc. d/b/a ActsSocial. You earn Seeds for taking part in the community, and reaching a tier adds credit to a merchandise gift card.
These Terms of Participation are the rules of the program. The "How ActsSeeds Works" page is a plain language summary of this document. Where the two ever differ, these Terms control. Participation means you accept them, together with our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.
2. Who can take part
Any member in good standing with a verified account, aged 18 or over. Participation is free, automatic, and requires no purchase of any kind. Seeds cannot be bought.
3. Earning Seeds
Each action below earns Seeds once per calendar day, except referrals, which are not limited.

Daily actions total a maximum of 65 base Seeds. Praying for someone earns more than posting a prayer request because Acts 2 describes a community interceding for one another, and the program is built to reflect that.
3.1 Day streaks
Taking part on consecutive days increases a multiplier applied to Seeds you earn.

Missing a day resets the multiplier to 1.00x. Resetting a streak never reduces Seeds you have already earned. Where a multiplier produces a fraction, we round to the nearest whole Seed, rounding halves upward.
3.2 Fair participation
Seeds recognize genuine participation. Creating duplicate or automated accounts, inviting people who are not real, coordinating to inflate awards, or posting empty content to trigger awards is a breach of these Terms and of the Community Guidelines. Section 7 describes what we do about it.
4. Inactivity and resting
If you do not earn any Seeds for 30 consecutive days, your balance rests. We notify you when this is about to happen and there is a grace period of 24 hours before it begins. Once resting begins, your balance reduces by 10 percent every 14 days while inactivity continues.
Any action that earns Seeds stops resting immediately and restarts the 30 day clock. An active member never rests.
Resting reduces your Seed balance only. It never removes a tier you have reached, it never removes a badge, and it never removes credit already added to your gift card.
5. Tiers and the merchandise gift card
5.1 Tiers
Tiers are based on the total Seeds you have ever earned, not your current balance. Tiers are never lost.

5.2 How the card works
When you first reach Sprout we create a digital gift card for you automatically. There is nothing to claim. You receive one card for the life of your account for tier credit. Later tiers add credit to that same card, and we do not issue a second card for tier progression. Cards awarded as prizes under Section 10 are separate, carry their own terms, and have their own expiry date.
The card is issued through Shopify and is redeemable only for ActsSocial merchandise. It works as a discount against your purchase.
5.3 Expiry
Your card is valid for 24 months from the date it was first created, when you reached Sprout. Adding credit at a later tier does not extend that date. The expiry date is shown wherever your card balance is shown, and we send reminders 60 days and 14 days before it expires.
5.4 What the card is
This card is issued to you as a reward for participation in the ActsSeeds program. You did not buy it. It has no cash value, it cannot be redeemed for cash, and it cannot be transferred or sold. It is redeemable only for ActsSocial merchandise. Its expiry date is shown with your balance. For questions about your card, write to [email protected] or visit actssocial.com/actsseeds-terms.
5.5 How we classify the card
ActsSeeds is a loyalty, award, and promotional program. Cards issued under it are not gift certificates, store gift cards, or general use prepaid cards as those terms are defined in the Electronic Fund Transfer Act and Regulation E, because they are issued in connection with a loyalty, award, or promotional program, they are not purchased, and they carry no cash value.
6. What Seeds are not
- Seeds are not money. They have no cash value and no monetary exchange value.
- Seeds cannot be bought, sold, or transferred. There is no member to member gifting.
- Seeds are not property. They are a record of participation that we maintain.
- Seeds are not a right. They may be adjusted or removed under Section 7.
- No money moves through ActsSocial. Merchandise checkout is handled by Shopify.
7. Fraud, abuse, and correction
Where we reasonably believe Seeds were earned in breach of these Terms, or awarded by error, we may correct your Seed balance, withhold or refuse future gift card credits, and deactivate a gift card, and we may suspend or terminate the account.
We are technically able to deactivate a card in full. We are not able to reduce the balance of an issued card by part of its value. Where we deactivate a card for fraud or abuse, that removes the whole balance including any part legitimately earned. We take that step only where the circumstances justify it.

8. Referrals
You earn 10 Seeds when someone you invited verifies their account and signs in for the first time. There is no limit on how many people you may refer. A referral is credited if the person you invited verifies within 30 days of following your link.
When you invite someone, you must tell them that you receive a benefit. Our share messages include that disclosure. If you write your own invitation, you agree to disclose it, for example: "I earn Seeds when you join ActsSocial through my link, and so do you."
9. Taxes
The most any member can earn through the tier ladder is a card totaling $35 over the life of the account. We do not expect this to create a tax reporting obligation for any member. You are responsible for your own taxes.
10. Prizes and promotions
We sometimes run promotions, including sweepstakes with their own Official Rules. Prizes may include ActsSocial gift cards of a value greater than the $35 that can be earned through the tier ladder. Those cards are awarded as prizes under the applicable Official Rules rather than earned through this program, and they are subject to those Rules.
11. Ending your participation
You may stop taking part at any time. If you close your account, unused Seeds and any unused gift card balance are forfeited. We may end or suspend the program, in which case we will give notice under Section 12 and will honor gift card credit already issued through its expiry date.
12. Changes to the program
We may change earning actions, Seed values, streak multipliers, tier thresholds, or gift card values. Where a change is material we give at least 30 days notice through the Services or by email before it takes effect. Changes are not applied retroactively to Seeds already earned or credit already issued.
13. General
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. The dispute resolution and arbitration provisions in Section 16 of the Terms of Service apply. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
