ActsSocial publishes this document in 12 languages. The English version is the authoritative text. Translations are provided for convenience only, and where a translation differs in meaning, the English version governs.
1. Our EU legal representative
Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, the Digital Services Act, requires a provider without an establishment in the European Union to designate a legal representative in a member state and to make that representative's details publicly available. Ours is:

The representative can be addressed in any official language of the European Union and of the member states, and may be held liable for non-compliance alongside ActsSocial.
2. Points of contact
Member States' authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services may contact us at [email protected]. Members and other recipients of the service may use the same address, or [email protected]. We communicate in English.
3. Our terms and our moderation rules
The rules that govern what may be posted on ActsSocial are in our Community Guidelines at actssocial.com/community-guidelines, and the agreement between you and us is in our Terms of Service at actssocial.com/terms. Both are published in twelve languages, with the English version authoritative.
4. Notices, complaints and appeals
This section is holding text. It will be replaced with our notice and action mechanism under Article 16, our statement of reasons practice under Article 17, and our internal complaint handling system under Article 20, together with the reporting figures Article 15 requires.
