1. Where we ship

We ship to the United States and to most countries and territories worldwide, more than 200 in all. Checkout will tell you if we cannot ship to your address. A small number of countries cannot be served by our fulfillment partner; if you place an order for one, we cancel it and refund you in full. We may add or remove destinations at any time; a change does not affect an order already confirmed.

2. Processing time

Most items are made when you order them. Orders are usually made and handed to the carrier within 2 to 5 business days. During peak periods this can extend to 9 business days. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays. If processing will take longer than 9 business days we email you and you may cancel for a full refund.

3. Delivery estimates

After processing, standard shipping usually takes: United States and Canada, 3 to 4 business days (express, 1 to 3 business days, US addresses only); United Kingdom, 3 to 7 business days; everywhere else, 5 to 20 business days, depending on the destination and customs. Add the processing time in Section 2 to estimate total time to your door. Estimates are not guarantees.

4. If your order is late

If your order has not shipped within 30 days of the order date, or within the time we stated if longer, we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund. This is your right under the United States Mail, Internet or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, and we apply it everywhere.

5. Carriers

Orders ship from our fulfillment partner's facilities in the United States, Canada, Mexico, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Japan and Australia, with the facility chosen for your destination. Carriers include USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL and national postal services, chosen by us. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships; tracking becomes active within about 24 hours.

6. International orders: duties and taxes

Unless checkout states that duties and taxes are included, import duties, customs fees and local taxes are charged by your country and are your responsibility, payable to the carrier or customs authority before or on delivery. We do not collect them at checkout and we cannot predict these amounts. If you refuse a shipment because of duties, the carrier may destroy it or return it at cost, and we refund the price paid less any return shipping and fees charged to us.

7. Lost, damaged or wrong items. We handle it

Risk of loss or damage stays with us until your order is delivered. If tracking shows delivered and you do not have it, if the parcel arrives damaged, or if you received a misprinted or wrong item, email [email protected] within 30 days of the delivery date (or, for a parcel that never arrived, within 30 days of the estimated delivery date). We will replace the item or refund you. You do not need to file a claim with the carrier. Photographs of the damage or misprint help us, because we claim against our fulfillment partner and the carrier ourselves.

8. Your address

Check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned as undeliverable because the address you gave was incomplete or wrong, or because it went unclaimed, it goes back to our fulfillment partner's facility. We contact you and either reship (you pay the new postage) or refund the price paid less our original shipping cost. Returned parcels that are not reshipped within 30 days are donated.

9. PO boxes and military addresses

In the United States we deliver most items to PO Boxes by USPS. Large items, such as framed prints, cannot be delivered to a PO Box. Express shipping is not available to PO Boxes or to military addresses. Standard shipping to APO, FPO and DPO addresses is available where USPS delivers.

10. Split shipments

An order with several items may arrive in more than one parcel. You will get tracking for each.
