As you consider reaching out for prayer, reflect on these biblical verses that underscore the importance of asking for prayer:

2 Corinthians 1:11 (AMP): "You also joining in helping us through your prayers, so that thanks may be given by many persons on our behalf for the favor bestowed on us through [the prayers of] many [believers]."

Philippians 1:19 (AMP): "For I know that this will turn out for my deliverance through your prayers and the provision of the Spirit of Jesus Christ,"

Mark 11:25 (AMP): "Whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him [drop the issue, let it go], so that your Father who is in heaven will also forgive you your transgressions and wrongdoings [against Him and others]."

James 5:16: "Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective."

1 Timothy 2:1: "I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people."

Ephesians 6:18: "And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people."

These passages remind us that prayer is not just a solitary act but a communal one, where we lift each other up and find strength together.

We encourage you to take a step of faith—submit your prayer request on ActsSocial today. Let us join you in prayer and walk alongside you in your spiritual journey as one, like minded, Christ following community.
